Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Alameda County Fair.

The $25 application fee is required and non-refundable (does not apply towards overall booth space). The 2025 Alameda County Fair (ACF) is June 13 - July 6 (subject to change). Vendor space is subject to availability. All applications will receive due consideration. Decisions to select vendors for contracted vendor space shall be offered at the sole discretion of the ACF. An application does not automatically reserve or guarantee a vendor space.

Pricing per square ft. will be released later this year. Should your application be approved you will be contacted for pricing and contract details early 2025. Booth space billed separately upon approval.

Vendor selection is January through May or until all spaces are allocated. Applications are reviewed on a first come first serve basis. Pending the product or service offered will determine if the applicant is placed on a waitlist. Spaces will continue to be filled from the waitlist as cancellations occur.

Please Note:

Exhibitor, at its sole cost, must provide all furniture, carpet, fixtures, decorations and signs.
All exhibits must remain open throughout Fair hours. NO EXCEPTIONS
If selected, Exhibitor must provide or purchase general liability insurance coverage listing Alameda County Fairgrounds as additionally insured.
Exhibitor must provide proof of either workers' compensation insurance or occupational accident insurance coverage.

Exhibit space is subject to availability. All applications will receive due consideration. All decisions to select exhibitors for contracted exhibit space shall be at the sole discretion of the Alameda County Agricultural Fair Association, which reserves the right to contract with businesses that display unique and innovative products and services.
