The 2027 Alameda County Fair

June 18 - July 11 | Open Wednesday-Sunday, Noon-11pm.

The $25 application fee is required and non-refundable (does not apply towards overall booth space). Vendor space is subject to availability. All applications will receive due consideration. Decisions to select vendors for contracted vendor space shall be offered at the sole discretion of the ACF. An application does not automatically reserve or guarantee a vendor space.

Should your application be approved you will be contacted for pricing and contract details early 2027. Booth space billed separately upon approval. Space availability and locations are subject to change.

Requests are considered in the order they are received. If your current space is unavailable due to floor plan changes or other operational needs, you may be contacted regarding alternative space options

Please Note:

Exhibitor, at its sole cost, must provide all furniture, carpet, fixtures, decorations and signs.
All exhibits must remain open throughout Fair hours. NO EXCEPTIONS
If selected, Exhibitor must provide or purchase general liability insurance coverage listing Alameda County Fairgrounds as additionally insured.
Exhibitor must provide proof of either workers' compensation insurance or occupational accident insurance coverage.

Exhibit space is subject to availability. All applications will receive due consideration. All decisions to select exhibitors for contracted exhibit space shall be at the sole discretion of the Alameda County Agricultural Fair Association, which reserves the right to contract with businesses that display unique and innovative products and services. Application fee is non-refundable, the fee will be applied to reserved space. Please contact Fairvendors@alamedacountyfair.com with any questions.

All tickets for the 2027 Fair are for staffing booths only, not tickets are to be used for giveaways or rewards.
