Welcome to the Artisan Market at Alameda County Fair June 19 - July 12, curated and operated by Sonflower Productions. As the inaugural year of bringing the Sonflower market experience to the Alameda County Fair, you and your business are invited to be a part of something truly special.
This is not a traditional booth setup. Artisan Market is a curated “country storefront” experience where handcrafted goods are professionally displayed and merchandised to create an elevated shopping experience.
The Artisan Market will be located inside Building Q, home of the “Winery of the Day” tasting experience and one of the Fair’s most high-traffic destinations. This location brings a steady flow of guests who are ready to browse, shop and spend.

💰 PARTICIPATION COST
$600 Vendor Fee + 10% of Gross Sales
• $300 deposit due upon acceptance
• Remaining $300 + 10% of sales deducted at final settlement
🤝 VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
• No individual booths (fully managed marketplace)
• Sales, merchandising, and transactions handled by Sonflower Productions
• Vendors must:

Provide and restock inventory as needed

Pick up unsold items post-event

Complete 8 volunteer hours (flexible shifts)
Participate in the full Fair without staffing a booth.
